About Ultimate
Ultimate is a fast-paced, high-intensity team sport, played with a flying disc*.
Combining many features from sports such as Netball, Basketball and American Football, a team scores a point by moving the disc between players until it is caught in the opponents endzone.
The main difference between Ultimate and other sports is that it is completely self-refereed. The players on the pitch are responsible for making their own foul and line calls and resolving disputes under what is known as the Spirit of the Game.
