The 80s party event of the year is back at Ponds Forge in February 2011! If you've never been before you are in for a treat; and if you have experienced all that is Mix & Mingle in the past, expect the same and then some!

M&M is a mixed, or co-ed, event, meaning that you must always be able to field a 3:2 split of males and females, or vice versa. The tournament is also played under the full UKU Indoor Rules of Ultimate, which can be found here.

24 teams will compete over both days of the weekend, with a welcome party on Friday night and a massive 80s-themed fancy dress party on Saturday.

Each year seems to be more competitive with the likes of Don't Let Go, Bigger Than You and the 2010 UKU Club Mixed Indoor Champions DiscMen all taking part last year. However, though the on-pitch action is taken very seriously, don't think we don't party seriously too!

The Mix & Mingle party is legendary and the costumes are always immense! Last year we had Tom Styles spinning the tunes and the 2011 party should be bigger and better than ever before (hopefully!).
